There were company’s culture, HR management, compensation & benefits system, features & fargets of gold mine management, technical document management for engineering projects, introduction of natural & social environment and political & religious system in Eritrea, interpretation & application of FIDIC core articles as well as foreign affairs disciplines & safety education. Advanced employees with long experience of working overseas exchanged ideas about working and living abroad. Technicians introduced construction and production procedure of gold mines.
