In September, Mr. Tong Jisheng, Chinaman of China SFECO Group, paid an investigation visit to target markets of SFECO in Africa and East including Eritrea, Cote d'Ivoire, Iran, etc. During the visit, he held talks and exchanged views with relevant government leaders of these countries.  
In early September, Mr. Tong visited Cote d'Ivoire and investigated local market for one week. During his stay there, he met Mr. Zhang Guoqin, Chinese Ambassador to Cote d'Ivoire, Mr. Pang Lu, Chinese economic and commercial counselor in Cote d'Ivoire, Mr. Ouattara, Minister of President Office and Director of Prime Minister’s Office as well as 9 other ministers including Minister of Agriculture. Initial intent of cooperation has been reached in the sectors such as agriculture, housing and infrastructure construction.
In September, Mr. Isaias Afwerko,President of Eritrean, met visiting delegation from China SFECO Group headed by Chairman Mr.Tong. President Isaias Afwerki, extended his warm welcome and he is fall of confidence in exchange and cooperation in various fields.   
In late September, STA North Iran Highway Project held its 26th board meeting in Iran. During the board meeting, Mr. Saidlu, Vice President of Iran met Chairman Tong Jisheng, and discussed relevant issues on the North Iran Highway project.
