On Nov. 20, at the meeting attended by SFECO’s party and administrative leadership, Tong Jisheng, secretary of the party committee of SFECO, briefed on the grand event and characteristics of 18th National Congress of CPC from Xu Zheng, delegate of the congress and chairman of SCG, and the spirit of the speech delivered by Xi Jinping, General Secretary of CPC Central Committee, during panel discussion with representatives of Shanghai delegation. Then, a preliminary discussion was carried out focusing on how to implement the spirit of the congress.
